Baltimore is in Maryland, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Baltimore is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Maryland's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Went to do Emissions and was told I needed to put my new tags on to get the inspection or I can't get it done. I drove down here and Seth got the rear tag off no problem. The screws were pretty rusty but he did it. Went right back to MVA and my car passed. J&J is busy and I can see why.

The Owner Marvin and the Mechanic Jessie are scam artist. They will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They took my money and car shields money to repair my car and when I bought it back because what the "supposed to" have fixed was not and they gave me a warranty on the work, All they did was come up with lies after to lied to get out of fixing what they did and not honoring the warranty they gave me with the work. They even went behind my back and without my consent and called Car shield and put new claims in and got more money for something else they claimed was wrong with the car that I did not authorize or give permission for them to do. They have not and will not fix what is wrong with the car. They only want your money and will look you in your face and will lie lie lie. This is a terrible shop. Marvin and Jessie are complete Liars. The are scam artists! The Owner Marvin and the Mechanic Jessie are scam artist. They will tell you one thing and do the opposite. I've ridden to all 48 states three times on my motorcycle. I had a rear tire emergency. Searched for anyone who would mount a vintage Mustang car tire on my motorcycle rear wheel. Not only did they locate the tire, they had it waiting for me and had an open bay waiting. Davon mounted and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. Mary Bloom is one of the nicest and finest biz owners I've ever met. Every town and city should have a J & J Tire shop. Nothing but outstanding people here. With them, I'm not a customer, I'm a person. Unfortunately Google won't let me upload my photos of Mary and Davon
